Effective immediately on recommendation from The Orange County Commissioner Of Health we are closing The Town of Wallkill Community Center and ALL of the functions there until further notice. Today the Town of Wallkill Office of Emergency Management, Town Supervisor Frank Dendanto III and Town Officials participated in a conference call with our County Government partners, on the coronavirus outbreak. We will remain in contact with Orange County health officials, so that we can monitor potential risks to our citizens. We ask that residents remain vigilant and take the necessary precautions to protect themselves from this virus and other communicable illnesses. These precautions are simple hand washing and routine cleaning of areas possibly exposed to germs.
